I am only 10 weeks away from welcoming baby boy, and I couldn’t be more excited! My friends have graciously starting planning a sprinkle for us, and we have a few basic items on our registry since we already have the large items we need.
If you don’t already know about my love for Ergobaby, I’m going to show you why they have the best baby registry basics for any new or experienced parent! You are familiar with their baby carriers, and maybe their new stroller– but did you know that they have a line of diaper bags, sleep bags and nursing pillows?
The Natural Curve Nursing Pillow is not only beautiful, but it is multi-functioning. It has unique contour positions that allows baby to rest its head above its tummy which may aid in digestion, it places baby at a comfortable height and position to reduce mom’s back pain from slouching, and it can be used for tummy time when baby gets a little older!
The firm pillow holds its shape all day and night, so you don’t have to worry about it sinking in. The outside cover is machine washable, and there is a handle for easy transport. Compared to other nursing pillows, I love the size and shape of this one! This is a perfect basic baby registry item!
The Sleeping Bag is made of premium cotton, and comes in 7 different patterns. I love transitioning my baby into a sleeping bag once they outgrow their swaddles. They keep baby warm without blankets, and they’re so convenient for quick diaper changes.
With snag-free zippers, you’re able to open up the bottom of the sleep bag to change the baby’s diaper without taking it completely off of them! This sleeping bag is great in that it has adjustable buttons on the shoulders to allow for growth!
Ergobaby has 3 different diaper bags to chose from. I myself have a few different diaper bags: ones that look like bags, ones that look like purses, and out of all of them, I really think the backpack style is the most functional. The “Anywhere I Go” Diaper bag from Ergobaby is slim, comfortable, and above all- ergonomic.
There are just enough compartments to not be overwhelming, and convenient insulated bottle pockets on both sides. The last compartment in the back includes a waterproof changing pad, so you are never without one! I take this with me everywhere, and it’s perfect for dads- since it doesn’t look like a purse!
