The weather’s getting nice outside, and you know what that means? Road Trip season! (#AD) Did you know that May 26th is National Road Trip Day? Let’s get outdoors and explore the beauty of the world around us whether it’s 50 miles away, or 500 miles away.

With the help from @getbiofuel we are taking our own Green American Road Trip. We utilized their biofuel trip planner to ensure we could find gas stations with higher blends of biofuel, like Unleaded 88,
during our travels!

Biofuel is a plant-based, renewable fuel. It is good for your car and good for the planet because it reduces emissions. By keeping the air we breathe cleaner, we’re able to enjoy the sights on our trips and
keep the planet cleaner longer.

May is National Egg Month! Is there a more versatile, nutritious and
delicious food out there? Just think of all of the recipes we use eggs
in: from breakfast foods to baked goods! Eggs are used in so many
wonderful ways, I'd love to know what your favorite egg dish is? 🥚
One of mine is this flavorful hard-boiled egg breakfast!

I split open an English Muffin, and in the toaster oven I warm up some
freshly sliced tomatoes and pepper jack cheese on top. I then top it
with some sliced up hard boiled egg that I prepared ahead of time, and
some crumbled up bacon! (Top it off with anything you like- avocado,
seasoning salt, hot sauce, etc!)

Did you know that eggs can be a part of a heart-healthy diet and are a good source of protein? Each egg is a good or excellent source of 8 essential nutrients that help keep us fueled throughout the day. 🥚
