I am all over fall beverages if they include apple cider or pumpkin. I love the taste of apple cider as it tastes so different than just regular apple juice. With the weather cooling down, it was time to make some adult beverages to warm us up, yet keep us in the “fall feel”. Cue the Apple Cider Moscow Mule!
You are only going to need a few ingredients to make this traditional Moscow Mule into a festive favorite. Grab your favorite vodka, a lime, your favorite ginger beer, and some apple cider!
I’m not sure how readily available apple cider is by you, but living in the Midwest, it’s pretty much everywhere. I also like to garnish my drink with a slice of Honeycrisp apple and a cinnamon stick!
I use these copper mugs and this ginger beer, which is my favorite. (I actually was offered this on my flight to Australia and I can see why it’s highly rated!)
Make the Apple Cider Moscow Mule!
2 oz Apple Cider
1.5 oz Vodka
2 oz Ginger Beer
0.5 Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Apple Slice (for garnish)
Cinnamon Stick (for garnish)
- Add crushed ice to copper mug
- Add in all liquid ingredients
- Stir to mix well
- Add garnishes
What are some of your favorite fall drinks? You’ve got to try this Apple Cider Moscow Mule for your next party. You can easily make a batch and put it into a pitcher for a larger crowd! (Save this pin for later!)
This sounds and looks like a drink I’ll enjoy. I will have to try it for sure. Yum!
I hope you do! Cheers!
