I Captured My 12-Hour Day In Photos

We woke up this morning to rain and overcast skies. It was looking like a stay indoors and never change out of our pajamas day. I was trying to think of something I could do to make the day fun, so I thought I would let you in on what is we do on days like this. Charli did not have school today and we were lucky to have plenty of food in the house to not have to go grocery shopping.

Our mornings usually start by one of the kids starting to wake up around 6:00am, and it’s almost always Charli. Emmy is a good sleeper, letting us sleep until 6:45am. With us all downstairs at 7:00am, we have eaten breakfast and are ready to start the day by 7:30am. Here is how I captured my 12-hour day in photos. I hope you find some of them to be fun. It was all taken with a handheld camera and in selfie style!

Now this is not a typical day. Usually we leave the house for grocery shopping, a museum or park visit, or to take Charli to school. Usually the hubby would be home after work, but he is out of town for the day. And, if not for the rain, we would have played outside for sure. I dislike being cooped up in the house, but every once in a while, it is nice to bake some goodies and catch up on some good TV shows.

Was this fun to see? Would you want to capture your 12-hour day in photos? If you do, tag me in it, I’d love to see!
