Inspiring Playtime With Why And Whale Surprise Pack + Giveaway!

*I received a surprise box in exchange for an honest review. As always, all opinions are solely my own.

My kids LOVE getting new toys to play with, but don’t they all? I often struggle with what to buy them, since they are 2 years apart. Ideally, I like toys that they can share, but I know that isn’t always going to work out.

Kids toys have come such a long way. Amazing boutique shops, Etsy shops, and commercial stores to buy toys from adorn our feeds daily. Here is another great idea for any child; if you have never heard of subscription gift boxes for kids, check out these from Why and Whale.

When the surprise pack arrived at the doorstep, I think I was more excited! I brought the box into the living room and let the kids sit down and open it together. The particular box that arrived was for a child 18-24 months old- my youngest is 21 months old, so this would be perfect for her.

As the kids pulled back the wrapping paper, they were surprised to find such adorable items all packaged nicely and with such care. Why and Whale cares about children being creative and engaging themselves in activities and toys that will enrich their lives. Subscription boxes are great for children of all ages, from 6 months through 6 years old.

If you are looking for a gift for your child, or your family members, this would be a great one! you can order in 1 month plans, or 6 month plans. All you need to do is tell them a little bit about the child (age, gender and size) and let them take care of the rest. Every month, the child will receive a new box catered just for them!

Here are the items that Emmy got in her surprise pack from Why and Whale:

  1. Felt bear ears from “Opposite of Far”
  2. A wooden toy figure from “Turtles and Tiaras”
  3. A bat sippy cup from “Bitten Designs”
  4. A t-shirt from “Whistle & Flute”

How cute are these items for Halloween and everyday play? I can not wait for Emmy to use these adorable items in the upcoming week! Seeing your child get a gift in the mail is precious already, but seeing them apply the items in their life is precious.
