I know that this is my third kid, but I kind of wish I had a Baby Brezza One Step Food Maker Deluxe with my first two! Baby Brezza has a full line of products to make your life easier- primarily feeding tools for infants and toddlers. Now, let’s talk more about making your own baby food!

Does the thought of making your own baby food seem like a work to you? (Cause it did for me!)
I have to admit that these thoughts swirled around in my head once I knew my little one might be ready to start eating solid foods:
- Slightly daunting…where do I even begin?
- A great way to start feeding my infant- all natural is better, right?
- A money saver….those jars and pouches get expensive!
- A way to control the portions and flavor combinations!
When I got the Baby Brezza One Step Food Maker Deluxe out of the box, I immediately started looking at the fun recipes it came with. Lucas is really into food right now- and gets so excited when he sees that it’s time to eat. I wanted to start out simple and then work my way into some of the more flavorful blends.
One of the things that I didn’t want to admit was that I was hesitant to make my own baby food because of the time. Some days I just don’t have it in me to cook. Being a busy mom to 3 kiddos has made me way more aware of my precious time.
I brought out the how-to guide and recipe booklet that came with the food maker. I started to get excited when I saw all of the things that I could make with it. I found a couple of perfect recipes to try out, and they actually came out so well!
This system is so easy to use- I will admit I am hooked now. Once you prep your fruits and vegetables and put them into the bowl, you select the time you want it to steam and/or blend your food and the machine works its wonder. The screen and panel have the easiest buttons to push and program.
In literally a few minutes of prep time- peeling, chopping and filling up the steam tank with water- you will have up to 3 cups of baby food ready to be steamed and/or blended for your little one!
This Deluxe kit comes with the all-in-one steamer/blender, 3 reusable food pouches, 3 filling funnels, and a recipe booklet. The viper blade blends the food to the perfect precision. I was able to fill up all 3 pouches in just one meal preparation.
This is the only food maker which steams and automatically blends homemade baby food, so there is no transfer of food, which saves me so much time. The food goes right from the bowl to the pouches or to your baby’s food bowl (after cool down).
Let’s talk about these food pouches! I labeled them- and put them right into the refrigerator to use for the next 2 days. The pouches were so easy to fill up and they cleaned up just as easy under warm water and soap.

One of the most important parts of having another appliance in the house is how much room it’s going to take up, and how easy is the clean up. The whole unit is very small, in my opinion. When I think of making baby food, I think of a large food processor.
The food maker was a breeze to clean up afterward. The bowl and blade are dishwasher safe-which is a total plus- because those are the two main components of the machine.
So, is it worth it?
I truly believe that the Baby Brezza One Step Food Maker Deluxe is worth it! When I think about how much money I was spending on food pouches and personal sized tubs, it’s a no brainer. If I had to approximate how much more outcome I get from making my own food, I would say it’s 50% more than if I bought it on my own.
Worried about how the food will come out? Don’t fret! This machine steams and blends it automatically, making it the same consistency as store bought baby foods. The direction booklet and recipe guide teach you which foods have higher water content, so you can adjust the blending as needed!
Overall, I am smitten with the Baby Brezza One Step Food Maker Deluxe. This product is intended for babies that are ready to eat solid foods but the food maker is great for non-baby food, too! A perfect way to steam pasta, vegetables, or eggs and even make soup from scratch.
I recommend buying additional pouches!
