With one kid back in school, getting back into the swing of things can be challenging. All of the fun of summer does not have to be lost just because they are gone for a few hours of the day. I brought out the popsicle molds and ice cream and I’m making back to school fun with Sparkling Ice!
Who doesn’t love a good treat after coming home from school? I know that when I was little, I looked forward to coming home to playing with my sister or friends. But more importantly, I looked forward to a fun snack.
I found these Sparkling Ice (the super flavorful, fizzy alternative to bland, boring water) flavors and immediately knew I wanted to make fun popsicles for the kids with them. They are packed vitamins and antioxidants, zero sugar, zero calories and naturally sourced colors and flavors.
These are the easiest thing to make, and only take a couple hours to freeze. You can also add chopped up fruits to give them some color, texture and added pizzaz!
For the Classic Lemonade Sparkling Ice, I thought it would be fun to add in some chopped strawberries, since we love strawberry lemonade. It turned out delicious!
For an awesome after dinner treat, we did a twist on a root beer float by mixing vanilla ice cream with my favorite Sparkling Ice flavor: Coconut Pineapple! I love this combo so much. It makes me think of a tropical drink by the pool side!

I used to get these all the time. I forgot how good they were. It’s so hot here in S Fla, I am stealing this idea and making those popsicles for my littles.
Perfect!
These look so yummy and easy! Both great for this busy mama
