Last year was full of unknowns. We all worried about how the next day would be, and it was so hard to focus on our own well-being. This year really made me prioritize my overall health – mainly my sleep routine.
A great way to start off your day is to get a good night’s rest. This ensures that you have proper time to clear your mind and get restful sleep to support your health for the upcoming day.
One way that I have focused on me-time is to set a nightly routine. I don’t drink anything with caffeine for at least 3-4 hours before I go to bed; I limit screen time right before I shut off the lights; and lastly, I include a Natrol® Sleep+ Gummies (as needed) for a restful and revitalizing sleep.†

The weather has been amazing lately! I couldn’t help but pick up a few staple pieces for the next couple of months. My tendency is to stick to neutral colors, so, it is no surprise as to what I’m wearing this spring!

It is important to me that the things I buy are affordable (on clearance or on sale), and that I get quality pieces that will last. I want to be able to wear these for as long as I can, and mix them up with other pieces in my closet.
For my first look, I really wanted to find a pair of linen shorts. Because I’m short, it’s hard to find a pair that doesn’t drown me, or make me look frumpy. I was sad that these sold out so fast, or else I would go for both colors! I love this sage color and it pairs so well with this tee!

Emmy and I were at Target the other day and found this Easter Egg cookie kit that looked like a lot of fun to make. What could be better than festive treats?

Hi friends! As you know, we put our house up for sale in December, and it sold within a week. After a whirlwind of getting everything sold and buying a new house here, I thought I would give you a sneak peek of our new home in Iowa!

First of all, we decided that we wanted a smaller house. We went from a 3400 sq ft house to a 1540 sq ft house. The old house was 2-story with a basement, and the new house is a ranch style with a lower level.
Prepping to move into this house meant donating A LOT of our stuff. In the new house we don’t have a formal dining room, extra bedroom or playroom.
Thank goodness we were able to get the important furniture and living pieces into the new home. We ended up just storing what we couldn’t put out into our 2 storage rooms downstairs.
